I will surely recommend to visit this city! This city has everything that you may need! It has mountains as well as rivers and lakes. It is modern city with all needed infrastructure but also with beautiful nature.

What is the student lifestyle like in Almaty?

Students have time not only study but also to have parties on weekends or sometimes spend time in beautiful parks, mountains and other natural places. There are many clubs that work all night.

How much does it cost to live in Almaty?

It is about 600-700$, inclusion accommodation

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Almaty? Is there any advice you can give?

No, there are many real estate companies that help to find accommodation. Also, you can find offers by Internet (Krisha.kz)

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Restaurants have cousins of all cultures. Almaty is the city that does not sleep. My favorite dishes are “manty”, “plov”, “lagman”, “borsh” and different types of fast food.
