What is it like to live in Alicante? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

The University if Alicante is in a town next to Alicante, San Vicente del Raspeig. San Vicente is really near to Alicante, you can go to Alicante in bus or in tram in less than 30mintes.
Live in San Vicente is really good, it's an university city so it has a lot students from different countryes. The town is not too big but there are a lot of things to do.

What is the student lifestyle like in Alicante?

Every student has his own lifestyle but in general is a good Uniersity and students are good too, the relationship with professors and students is good I've never seen a trouble in campus.

How much does it cost to live in Alicante?

It depens on the person, but there are low-cost supermarkets like Lidl, ALdi or Mercadona that make easier to save money.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Alicante? Is there any advice you can give?

I can't help with this point because i live in my own house but I know that there are a lot of hall of residences near the University.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

In Alicante isthe mediterranean diet so is really good. Inside the campus there are differents places where you can eat for less than 7€

What places would you recommend visiting in Alicante?

Alicante has a tram that conect almost all the province, you can go untill Benidorm, the conection is really good so you can visit other citys for a really good price.
Alicante has a really beautifull castle that I'd recomended to visit.

Is it good to eat out in Alicante? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

Like every city has different places and different prieces.

Is the nightlife good in Alicante? Where is good to go?

The nightlife is good on thuersday is when peole go out more but is also possible on friday and saturday.
There's a zone in Alicante call El Barrio where are a lot of differents pubs you can go.
