Calcutta is a beautiful place to live for. Its one of the most cultural cities in India. Also, there is a great popularity of Football in this state of India.

No. There are lots of hotels and paying guest houses for students in Calcutta.
What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?
Spicy. Chicken and Beef dishes are my favs.
What places would you recommend visiting in Calcutta?
My city Chandannagar( which is around 30 Km away from Kolkata) is a really nice place to visit. This city commemorates the French culture and is a clean and beautiful city. Also, Victoria memorials, Zoo, etc. are nice places to visit.
Is it good to eat out in Calcutta? Can you tell us your favourite spots?
There are lots of nice places. Mainland China, Trincas bar and resturant, Olypub , Taj Bengal, Hyatt regency are some places.
Is the nightlife good in Calcutta? Where is good to go?
You can enjoy nightlife at Someplace Else, Tantra, Venom night clubs.
What advice would you give future students heading to Calcutta?
Its a nice place to live for. People here really care about education and culture. You will feel really nice. Also visit my city Chandannagar. You will really like this place.
