Only persons who respect for peace and order are allowed. So, if you are a person who does not pay attention to keeping order, then I will not rent you.
There is no party rule in the apartment and your flatmates will also expect that you will not organize them, but if want to have some fun, the apartment is very near Rynek (Market Square) - heart of student night life
Smoking in the apartment and in the building/staircase is strictly forbidden.
There is schedule of 5 duties. Everybody knows when and for what is responsible. 3 persons are responsible for one duty in the same time, so it quiet easy to keep cleanness in the apartment. Specially that every week you will receive cleaning service.
