II. Deposit**50% deposit before arrival, the remaining 50% upon arrival and admin fee upon arrival

III. Admin FEEIncludes following services:

• Cleaning 1 x per month
• Helping to choose the best accommodation suitable for your needs, -
• contract preparation,
• Translation of the contract to English, Italian,
• Room preparation with set of bed linen,
• Airport transfer from Chopin airport or place where are you staying in Warsaw to your new flat,
• Issuing all necessary documents required to obtain PESEL number or „zameldowanie”, - representing you in communications with flat owner.
• Taking care of keeping flat in good technical condition for use when issues arise, and they are not tenant fault.

IV. Final cleaning + 300 zl V. Single Occupancy Only
