I. Please note the following before booking:
* Check-in and contract start date must be the first available date in the calendar.
* Admin fee is paid directly to the landlord.
* No admin fee if you book for the full summer holiday period (June–August).
* Optional monthly cleaning: 200 PLN (cost can be shared if all tenants agree).
* Requests that don’t follow the rules below may be rejected by the landlord.
II: Contract periods:
* Winter semester: 1.09 / 15.09 / 1.10 → 16.02 / 28.02
* Summer semester: 1.02 / 16.02 / 1.03 → 30.06 / 15.07
* Summer break: 1.06 → 31.08 / 16/09

III. Deposit50% deposit before arrival, the remaining 50% and admin fee at least on the arrival day.
IV. Admin FEE- 1 month
Includes following services:
- Helping to choose the best accommodation suitable for your needs,
- Contract preparation,
- Translation of the contract to English, Italian
- Airport transfer from Chopin airport or place where are you staying in Warsaw to your new flat
- Issuing all necessary documents required to obtain PESEL number or „zameldowanie”,
- representing you in communications with flat owner.
- Taking care of keeping flat in good technical condition for use when issues arise, and they are not tenant fault.
V. Final cleaning + 450 zł

Confirm with the landlord your move-in date and the key collection date. For security reasons, Erasmusu will not send your payment to the landlord until 48 hours after your arrival, so you will have time to contact us if there is any problem.
