III. Admin FEE
Includes following services:
- Cleaning 1 x per month
- Helping to choose the best accommodation suitable for your needs, -
- contract preparation,
- Translation of the contract to English, Italian,
- Room preparation with set of bed linen,
- Airport transfer from Chopin airport or place where are you staying in Warsaw to your new flat,
- Issuing all necessary documents required to obtain PESEL number or „zameldowanie”, - representing you in communications with flat owner.
- Taking care of keeping flat in good technical condition for use when issues arise, and they are not tenant fault.
IV. Final cleaning + 400 zl V. Single Occupancy Only
V. there is a weekly tidiness control that is carried out by sending a video of bathroom and kitchen to the landlord. Each week different room is responsible for sending the video.
