ARRIVAL

Standard check-in time: from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

From 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM – €30.00 extra charge to be paid in cash on-site.

After 12:00 AM – NO SHOW.

Please contact the designated person a couple of days before your arrival to arrange the check-in details.

Electronic keys for access will be provided at check-in.

€4.00 per person per day; children under 14 years of age are exempt.

GENERAL RULES

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
• Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests allowed, even if they do not stay overnight, without prior authorization.
• All guests must respect good neighbor policies and refrain from engaging in illegal activities.
• Please be considerate of neighbors and reduce noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Parties are not allowed.
• The tenant must be at least 18 years old. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent.
• Pets are not allowed.
• No commercial photography or filming is allowed on the property.
• Use of kitchen grills is only allowed if specified in the services offered.
• The guest is responsible for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the provided credit card if any damage occurs during the stay. In case of any damage or problems, please contact us immediately so we can take care of it.
• If something difficult to clean is spilled, please call us immediately!

Violation of these rules may result in a penalty of up to €200.00.

Breaking windows and/or their glass may result in a fine exceeding €1,000.00.

Property

HTM HYBRID TOWER is located at the urban intersection of Corso del Popolo and Via Torino, in a favorable position along the route connecting the Mestre-Venezia railway station to Piazzale Roma, with frequent transportation services that ensure excellent connectivity to the Venice Lagoon. The skyscraper rises 19 floors high and, at 81 meters, is the new iconic landmark of the city. The hybrid concept, reaffirmed by its name, is reflected not only in the internal layouts but also in its formal solutions. The tower alternates communal spaces with residential units, where from the fourth to the eleventh floor, the apartments feature large panoramic windows, and from the twelfth to the sixteenth floor, there are terraces with breathtaking views of the Mestre skyline and the Venice Lagoon.
