- Pets (allowed with restrictions): Only small/medium breed pets up to 8 kg are allowed. Additional cleaning fee of €60 per pet will be charged. If the pet causes any damage to the property the charge will be deducted from the security deposit.

- Check-out: between 11am and 1:00pm.
- Cleaning fee: €40 without pet, (€60 with pet) to be paid in cash at check-out.
