This very spacious apartment has six rooms for rent, a shared kitchen, a shared bathroom, and separate toilet. The kitchen is spacious with plenty of cupboard space, plus an oven and stove for meals. The rooms have interesting flooring and decoration throughout. The bathroom has cheerful, bright blue tiles and a bath tub with an overhead shower.
It's ideally situated in the center of Valencia, so you can walk around many of the city's top landmarks, including the Plaza de Ayuntamiento which takes center stage during the famous Fallas fiesta. The huge Mercado Central is also close and is a great spot for local produce and treats, such as the sweet turron. There's a lovely park in the next street by the public library and MuVIM musem. You'll want for nothing in this neighborhood.
