⚠️ Important Information ⚠️ The landlord charges an administration fee equal to one month’s rent, but if your booking starts in December 2025, the admin fee will be 100% discounted.
Occupancy Rules
- Only individual tenants are accepted. Couples are not allowed.
- Age limit: Tenants must be between 18 and 35 years old.
Payment Options
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, bank transfer, or credit card.
- An administrative fee equivalent to one month's rent is required.
- A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is also required.
- Both the admin fee and security deposit must be paid before the check-in day.
Check-in Information
- Check-in hours: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00.
- Weekend bookings: If a booking is completed during the weekend, the earliest check-in will be on Monday at 16:00.
- Same-day bookings: For bookings confirmed after 16:00, the earliest check-in will be on the next day at 16:00.
