This fantastic 5-bedroom apartment has rooms to rent in the central district of L'Eixample. The apartment has been newly renovated to a high standard, and each room is spacious, with double beds, desks, sofas, and plenty of storage space. There are 2 bathrooms to share between 4 of the rooms, whilst the 5th has an en-suite. The bathrooms are all brand new, with spacious open showers, and brand new fittings. There is a large kitchen with plenty of storage, an oven, and a stove, as well as access to a small balcony with lines to dry your clothes.
You will be living in a central district of the city, surrounded by thousands of shops, cafés, bars, and restaurants. You will never lack for a place to go for a bite to eat, or to buy some last-minute groceries. Valencia's Estació del Nord is a few minutes' walk away, and there are several metro stations nearby, along with lots of bus routes.
