- Payments: Rent is due the 1st of every month.
- Extra Costs: Utilities, WiFi (€10), and cleaning (€20) are NOT included in rent.
- Check-in: Restricted weekday hours; €30 fee for holidays/out-of-hours.
- Deposit: Refunded within one month. Unpaid bills will be deducted from the security deposit.
