- ALLOWED LENGTHS OF STAY: Your booking will only be accepted if it lasts at least 3 months.
- At the entrance to the property, it is mandatory to pay the deposit before keys delivery
- Check-in hours: Monday to Friday (from 2 :00 PM to 7 :00 PM). Outside of these hours, check-in is not guaranteed and may incur an additional fee of €50.
- Check-out hours: before 12:00.
- The rooms are expected to be cleaned by the tenant at the end of the stay. A fee between €50 - €90 will be charged if not.
- Required documentation: ID / Passport
- Bed linen: not provided. Bedding kit option (including pillow with cover, 1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet with cover + 1 throw blanket) available for €40 (one-time payment upon move-in and has to be given back clean when checkout)
- Your landlord speaks: English, Spanish, French. Oficial communications are done in Spanish.
- Your landlord does not live on the property.
- BILLS: If there are excess expenses in the apartment, they will be paid by all the tenants of the apartment in equal parts.
