- Age restriction: Tenants between 18 - 29 years old only.
- Check-in/out:
- Check-in hours: 10:00-18:00 (Monday to Friday)
- Out-of-hours check-in: €30

- Bills policy:
- You must pay the utility bills for your entire stay when you check in (SUPPLIES PER TENANT: 200€ for 5 months (electricity, water, gas).
- At the end of the stay, the landlord will check the utility bills and any difference will be refunded to the tenant or the tenant will have to pay any excess.
- Agency fee: 380 € + IVA(459.80 €)
- DEPOSIT: € 300 is delivered on the day of your arrival and will be returned at the end of the contract.
- WIFI: € 80 every 5 months, it is a fixed rate.

- Bookings will only be accepted between:
- The 1st of September to the 31st of January (5 months)
- The 1st of February to the 30th of June (5 months)
- The 1st of September to the 30th of June (10 months)
- Your landlord speaks English and Spanish.
