LUGARES DE INTERES DEL BARRIO:
El barrio tiene distintos lugares de interés. Por un lado, al final de la avenida de las
Corts Valencianes , ya en el barrio de Beniferri pero tocando con Campanar, se puede
encontrar el Palacio de Congresos de Valencia , obra de Norman Foster . También
encontramos la escultura La dama ibérica de Manuel Valdés . Al lado mismo del lugar
donde está se sitúa el Nuevo Mestalla , futuro estadio del Valencia CF , éste ya dentro
del barrio de Benicalap . El centro histórico de Campanar es bastante interesante pues
conserva la estructura de un pueblo típico de la Huerta de Valencia . En el centro del
mismo se encuentra la iglesia de Nuestra Señora de la Misericordia donde se venera la
figura de la Virgen de Campanario.
Es un barrio desarrollado a partir de un centro comercial muy importante puesto que
fue de los primeros de Valencia, Nuevo Centro. Además El Corte Inglés posee otro
centro comercial en el barrio, el Centro Comercial de Ademuz.
