Consisting of a large living area with kitchen, two single rooms and one double room (also rentable for single use), two bathrooms (one on the ground floor and one service room on the second floor) and a large closet .

As soon as the booking request is accepted, you will receive a link to collect all your data to compile your preliminary contract that summarizes all rent and payment conditions: -Payment with Spotahome -Deposit payment due at signing preliminary contract -Balance payment due before key delivery
Following steps -You will have to send the landlord a copy of your preliminary contract signed and the deposit payment receipt -In the next days you will receive a link to schedule your check in appointment -The day before your check in you will have to pay the balance specified in the preliminary contract -The check in day you will sign the final contract and you will receive your apartment keys
