The studio is located on the 2nd floor of a residential and commercial building (no elevator). Please note that there is a bar on the ground floor. As the neighborhood is very lively, there is a corresponding noise level, especially on weekends, which is clearly noticeable on the 2nd floor.
The apartment is designed for optimal use of space and can be booked directly online for stays of one month or longer. The living area features a practical Murphy bed and a sofa.
Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, a private washing machine, a bathroom with a shower, and an iron. Standard internet and a Smart TV are also provided, making the apartment suitable for remote work.
