The property is located in the neighbourhood of Los Remedios, a modern neighbourhood in the western part of the city, on the other side of the river and bordering Triana. It is a residential, commercial and leisure area, next to the city centre and well connected by bus and metro. If you are going to study at the Polytechnic School, you can walk there in just three minutes. It is also an excellent option if you are going to the Viapol Campus and UPO, given its proximity to the L1 metro station. It is also easily connected to the Cartuja Campus in Seville by bus.
