Being a historic building located in the heart of the city, you can not alter the facade or aesthetics of it, which forces us to preserve the original marble columns that preside over the living room, the large wooden windows and high ceilings of about 5 meters high.

Spacious and open space, divided into two floors:

Upper floor, hall with a double sofa bed and a small closet. Then, on the right we find a brand new bathroom with separate toilet area, sink and large shower. Once you go down the stairs, you will find the master bedroom, of about 30 m2, with a double bed and office space and area.

It has air conditioning, although its use will hardly be necessary because it is a very cool apartment thanks to its thick walls and narrow pedestrian streets. The apartment is located in a typical Andalusian building in Conteros street, characterized by its beautiful interior courtyards and its grateful roofs that are used to hang clothes.
