This is a peaceful and silent area, ideal for those who value tranquility and comfort. The neighborhood is well-supplied with supermarkets, shops, and all necessary amenities. Public transportation is easily accessible, with Metro C (Graniti station) just a 10-minute walk away, ensuring convenient connections to the rest of Rome.
The apartment is located close to Tor Vergata University, making it especially suitable for students, researchers, or professionals working or studying in the area.
We are looking for quiet, responsible, and well-educated tenants who will respect the property and maintain it in excellent condition. This is a non-smoking property — smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
A security deposit equal to two months’ rent is required upon signing. The landlord will conduct monthly inspections to ensure the property is being well-kept and that no damage has occurred. Should the apartment not be returned in the same condition as it was received, a cleaning fee will be charged upon move-out.
