Rules of coexistence
- Kindness and courtesy are the primary rules for good coexistence in the home.
- Please pay on day 01 of the month and expenses by day 10 of the month to facilitate cash management on first demand.
- After 21.30 P.M., please do not make noise to allow everyone to rest.
- Please make reasonable use of water and gas by not leaving lights on unnecessarily.
- Please close windows from 5.30 p.m. onwards.
- Please treat the staff (locksmith, plumber, electrician, cleaning lady and gardener) with kindness by letting them carry out their assigned tasks quietly without pressure or asking them to leave quickly or changing the tasks assigned by the management.
- Each guest is responsible for his/her own packages, which he/she will have delivered independently at home or elsewhere.
- Please close the shutters in winter and the windows in summer after 17.30 p.m. and open them around 08.30 a.m.
- In case of urgency, you may ask the management for help on the mobile phone provided for this purpose.
- Please do not call on public holidays and only between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. if possible.
