Rules of coexistence
- Kindness and courtesy are the primordial rules for good co-existence in the home.
- One will wait one's turn to use the kitchen without forcing others to leave in a hurry....
- The house does not provide blankets, pillows and sheets.
- Everyone will have to buy their own water, oil, salt, pepper or other, wine or juice.
- If you would like a laundry service for your sheets, please contact the management.
- Common use of the Kitchen does NOT mean common use of food and drink.
- Each guest must prepare meals and clean up immediately after using the dishes and the kitchen.
- You cannot leave cooked food/dishes for more than 3 days in the refrigerator.
- It is recommended that food be covered and separated to avoid contamination and unpleasant odours.
- You are asked to buy your own dishwashing liquid, soap and detergent as well as cleaning and hygiene products.
- After 9 p.m. please do not make noise to allow guests to rest.
- At the weekend, please generally clean your own space (bathroom and room) using the hoover, broom and bucket provided.
- You are requested to use the drying rack on the ground floor to hang out your laundry.
- Computers, documents, paper and printers are not in use unless punctual use is requested.
- Please make reasonable use of light and gas by not leaving lights on unnecessarily.
- You will have to wait your turn to use the washing machine and dishwasher.
- It is requested to close the windows from 5.30 p.m. onwards.
- An additional fee of 15 € per month is charged for internet.
- Please treat the staff (locksmith, plumber, electrician, cleaning lady and gardener) with kindness and let them carry out their assigned tasks in peace and quiet without putting pressure on them or asking them to leave quickly or changing the tasks assigned by the management.
- Each guest is responsible for his or her own packages, which he or she will have delivered independently to home or elsewhere.
- There is no concierge service, everyone will have their own key.
- In cases of urgency, help may be requested from the management on the mobile phone provided for this purpose. Please do not call on public holidays and only between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. if possible.
- If there are guests a supplement of 20 € per night will be charged.
- To use the parking space there will be an extra charge of 30 € per month.

Move in
Confirm with the landlord your move-in date and the key collection date. For security reasons, Erasmusu will not send your payment to the landlord until 48 hours after your arrival, so you will have time to contact us if there is any problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
