At the time of our visit the apartment was occupied and the tenants belongs are shown in the pictures and video. Personal belongings like the computer will not remain in the apartment.

This is a cosy 2nd floor, studio apartment on Via Stefano Infessura, Rome. It has a homely decor, all the basics, and a nice shared patio.

We think this studio is ideal for an adventurous single or couple. Everything you need, at the right price and in the right spot. There are restaurants and bars galore around here, so you won't be bored. Smoker? You can do your thing outside.

There is no washing machine available here – no probs, just head down to the local laundromat.
There is no conventional oven in the kitchen. There is a small stove top oven though, so you can still show off your chef skills.
This apartment doesn't get a huge amount of natural light, but there's plenty of that to be had out on the patio.
