For bookings with check-out in August, this landlord requires July's and August's rent to be paid on check-in date. For bookings with check-out on July, this landlord requires July's rent to be paid on check-in date. For bookings with check-out on February, this landlord requires February's rent to be paid on check-in date.
IMPORTANT: In order to secure your booking, this landlord requires the security deposit to be paid through bank transfer within 5 days from the booking confirmation, as well as the rental contract signed.
