The property has a garage and a bicicle at your disposal, and it also has a wellness area to keep you fit! The landlords are a 45-year-old German-Italian couple and three beautiful Roman cats, immaculate and very discreet.
Appio Tuscolano is a quiet, residential neighborhood not too far away from Rome's city center. Nearby, you'll find ancient and beautifully preserved roman ruins, many parks, supermarkets, metro stations, and bus stops (Furio Camillo Metro A station is approximately 600 meters away). The area is filled with ancient ruins, including some beautifully preserved acquedotti (aqueducts), right behind the apartment.
