San Giovanni is slightly different than other neighborhoods in Rome. The vibe is more modern. This doesn’t mean you can’t sightsee or relax. As a matter of fact, you can do both in the nearby Caffarella Park. There is an entrance just 12 minutes away. The park is sprawling - you can jog, bike and visit a couple of castles, as well as the San Callisto Catacombs. For everyday needs, there is a bakery just down the street and you’re only a 2-minute walk from the Carrefour Express. You don’t have to go far for cafés, pizzerias, restaurants and cocktail lounges. But you’re also close to public transportation for when you want to explore the rest of Rome.
Why rent this accommodation?
- Avid readers will love all the book shelves, and others will enjoy being able to step out onto the balcony off the kitchen.
- Public transportation is conveniently close.
- There is a gym, theater and bingo hall within a 10-minute walk.
- Caffarella Park is a huge green space, but there are a couple of smaller ones closer to your apartment.
