The rooms to rent in this 4-bedroom apartment on Via Ponzio Cominio are ideal for female students. There aren’t a lot of shared common spaces, but the entrance hallway has a small sofa and the fully-equipped kitchen is also quite airy. There is a 4-seat table in the kitchen and ample cupboard space. The bedrooms are fairly large too, but you’ll love having access to the balcony off the kitchen, where you’ll also find a washing machine to do your clothes.
Tuscolano is a residential area, although you couldn’t exactly call it quiet, at least not near your apartment. Right outside your door is Via Tuscolana, which is the busiest shopping street in the neighborhood. The Lucio Sestio metro station is right across the street, and there is a multiplex cinema and a grocery store just a few steps away in the same block. Fortunately, beyond the shops, cafés, restaurants and cinemas you’ll find peace, quiet and even a bit of the area’s history in the Aqueduct Park, which is a 10-minute walk from your street.
Why rent this accommodation?
- The kitchen has everything you need including dishes, pots and pans, and there is a washing machine on the balcony.
- There is a grocery store in the same block as the apartment, so you don’t have to lug shopping bags very far.
- With the metro so close, you can get to your classes—or anywhere else in Rome—easily.
- The Aqueduct Park may be the closest green space to your apartment, but it’s not the only one!
