The 160 m² apartment is newly renovated, filled with brand new furnishings and fittings. There is a balcony, accessible from both the huge living room, and also from bedrooms 3 and 4.
This is a fantastic neighbourhood to be living in. You can go for a stroll along the Via Appia Antica nearby, stopping off here and there for a refreshing drink in a roadside cafe in an ancient building. Then leave the road, and enter the Parco della Caffarella. You can spend hours in this vast open space, seeking out ancient ruins, or just walking in the sun.
For more day-to-day activities, you can head northeast into the main part of the Appio Latino neighbourhood. Here you can find your local post office and pharmacy, grocery stores, and some nearby restaurants and bars.
