- IMPORTANT: This landlord only accepts bookings with check-out either on 31/01, 28/02; or 31/07,31/08. For bookings with check-out in August, this landlord requires July's and August's rent to be paid on check-in date. For bookings with check-out on July, this landlord requires July's rent to be paid on check-in date. For bookings with check-out on February, this landlord requires February's rent to be paid on check-in date.
- IMPORTANT: In order to secure your booking, this landlord requires the security deposit to be paid through bank transfer within 5 days from the booking confirmation, as well as the rental contract signed. If the deposit is not being paid in time or the contract is not signed, your booking will be immediately canceled by the Landlord. In any case, the security deposit is NOT refundable if you cancel the booking after the confirmation.
