The apartment is on the third floor with an elevator and consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a wide hallway. Entering the house you are greeted by this wide hallway, immediately to the right is the first bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to make a double bed on request, following is the living room and the second bedroom. At the end of the hallway is a bathroom with a bathtub . To the left of the corridor are the kitchen, the second bathroom with a walk-in shower, and the third bedroom.

The space

When entering the building there is a staircase with 8 steps before reaching the elevator. The apartment faces on an interior courtyard. The decor is a mixture of modern and 60s/70s and the spaces are very spacious and cozy. Sitting Room: The living room is furnished with two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed, a TV cabinet, and a table with five chairs. Paintings and lamps complete the living room furniture. The living room is equipped with an air-conditioning system . Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, electric hob, oven, microwave, toaster, electric boiler, crockery and cutlery for 8 persons. Bedrooms: There are 3 bedrooms, the first as you enter the house has two single beds that can be joined upon request, a desk and a cupboard. The second bedroom has a double bed, desk, cupboard and armchair and the third a single bed, desk , armchair and cupboard. Bathrooms: There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a walk-in shower. The bathroom with the bathtub has no window and is equipped with a toilet that functions with the sanitrit
