IMPORTANT: Once here in Italy, registering all guests with the Government is mandatory. Before your arrival, you must send us the documents of all the guests. The document to be presented must be an identity card and the Italian fiscal code/social number which might be required online for free before your arrival. The responsibility of arranging it is yours (the guest's responsibility) and failing to do this must result in a fine of € 500 per guest, in addition to having consequences with the police and government. By accepting this reservation you agree to comply with this. All the details will be shared after the confirmation.

Contract registration costs to be shared. The signed contract can be cancelled after the check-in by giving a 3-month notice period. If the contract gets cancelled before the agreed contract's end, the registration cost will be reimbursed from the guest/s to the owner.

The post box and the interphone, being shared, are not available.

Agli ospiti è riservato l’intero appartamento.

Si richiede un mese di cauzione da pagare al momento della sottoscrizione del contratto e che verrà restituito alla fine del soggiorno, salvo eventuali danni o risoluzione anticipata del contratto. Il costo della registrazione del contratto è al 50%. Dopo l'ingresso, il contratto può essere cancellato con minimo 3 mesi di preavviso. In caso di chiusura anticipata del contratto, il costo totale delle spese di registrazione dello stesso verranno rimborsate dall'ospite/i al proprietario.

No animali, no party, rispetto degli orari del silenzio. E' concesso fumare solo sul balcone. Non è possibile mettere la residenza nella proprietà. La cassetta della posta ed il citofono sono in comune con altro appartamento ed il loro utilizzo è vietato.

Prima dell'arrivo vi saranno fornite informazioni per il self-check in. Check in dopo le 12 pm. Checkout time entro 11:00 am. In assenza di altri ospiti l'orario del check in e del check out è flessibile previa autorizzazione.
