Some examples are the Todis supermarket (Via Natale del Grande, 24 at 650 meters), the Well Pharmacy parapharmacy (Via del Moro, 56 at 400 meters) and the Intesa Sanpaolo S. p. A. bank branch (Viale di Trastevere, 22 at 700 meters). Living room and kitchen The day area offers plenty of space and natural light coming from the French doors. It’s furnished with a cozy double bed, a flat screen TV and a dining table seating up to 4 people. In addition, it comes complete with a private courtyard: here you find another table for 4 people where to enjoy lunches and dinners in the open air. The eat-in kitchen, provided with everything you need, is next to the living room and is extremely bright thanks to its large windows. Bedroom and bathroom The night area is composed of a double bedroom with a comfortable bed and a massive mirror above the headboard, a laundry and a bathroom with full comforts and a quality shower stall. Note: you can rent this apartment for stays starting from 30 nights only from November to February. From March to October there is a maximum stay of 29 nights.

- During the check-in, you will sign a tenancy agreement and will be filed in the city hall (stamp duty of €16 and 1% of the rent with a minimum of €67). There are exemptions in tax withholding cases (cedolare secca).

The deposit must be paid before your check-in date. It will be refunded within one week from the check-out.
