- Check-in: Weekdays 3–6 PM (early/late depends on availability). Weekends 3–11 PM (key pick-up near Arc de Triomphe).
- Domiciliation: Yes, registration is possible.
- Note: Last-minute bookings (<48h) may require office key collection.

If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
