This is a cute and quaint studio apartment available for rent right near the Eiffel Tower. This studio is on the 7th floor of a building with no lift—look on the bright side, you'll have a great view and strong legs! There is a very nice terrace/balcony right outside your door, where you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the calm and quiet and catch a glimpse of the Tower. This apartment is best suited for someone who tends to be out alot, whether working, studying or socializing, as it is a small space, but great for when you need a place to relax as well.

Inside the studio you have a double sofa bed, a full length mirror, built-in closet, central heating, a mini fridge, a fully equipped kitchenette that is more than enough for whipping up a full 3 course meal. The bathroom room is separated by curtains. It is small, but very functional with as new finishing and a shower unit with a window for airing.

The apartment is in a very good location, close to everything you can think of. On Avenue Emile Zola you have shops, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, retail shopping, and health clubs. It is within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and the Seine river where you can take a romantic stroll (alone or with someone, that's up to you) or just sun bath by the riverside as the Parisian do in Summer. Beaugrenelle Paris shopping mall is a 15 minute walk away.
