Its a 154 sqm triplex apartment with a rooftop. You will find a community kitchen and three huge living areas in the flat. The kitchen is fully equipped with two fridges, a combiners oven and a coffee corner. The main living room has a dining / working table as well as a sofa area incl. smart tv. The two other living rooms are on the third floor with direct access to the rooftop (exclusive for our co-livers). Next to it theres a cinema area with a projector for long movie nights.

Firstly, please grab the following documents. You’ll need them in the next stage of your application, and you won’t be able to make a booking without them.
Landlords in Paris need proof of identity and proof of income to make an informed decision about who will be living in their property. Your documents will be securely stored in our database and only be seen by the landlord, never other tenants.

Important: please notice that after booking confirmation you can contact the landlord at the email that will be shared, while, after the contract signature, you will be able to get in touch with them by you private area in their website.
If you are renting a studio with us, please read carefully the description in the "overview", to check if an additional amount is requested in case of double occupancy.

- Studio and one bedroom apartments: no age requirements (from 18 years old on)

- Check-in hours: Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00
- Check-out hours: before 12:00

- There must be at least three business days between booking date and check-in date
- Bed linen: included
- The deposit and the landlord admin fee ("membership fee") must be paid prior to check-in.
*The check-out date must be communicated to the landlord before the due date (see "rental contract termination period"), regardless of the date entered in the booking request. Otherwise, the rent for the missing months before the contract expiration will be required.
Although the type of contract is fortnightly, please notice that (as only exception) in December and August contracts can only end on 31/12 and on 31/08.
*Regarding the properties in France managed by this housing provider: CAF assistance can be provided, the amount will depend on the tenant's situation.

Confirm with the landlord your move-in date and the key collection date. For security reasons, Erasmusu will not send your payment to the landlord until 48 hours after your arrival, so you will have time to contact us if there is any problem.
