This old large house completely renovated and furnished has 4 levels and 12 bedrooms. Each room has a private bathroom and toilet. The common areas are intelligently arranged and will allow everyone to share rich moments together.
The house also benefits from two gardens, the smaller one in front of the house and a second, larger one at the back. In addition, the house is equipped with a secure bicycle shelter.
Located a few meters from Paris, it benefits from the immediate proximity to the 20th arrondissement of Paris while having the advantages of a large house with a garden being just outside the capital. Different shops all around and also the Bel-Est Mall.
