This apartment is located on Rue Riant, just north of downtown Paris. Both rooms are located just off a cozy vestibule when you enter the front door. While everything looks compact at first glance, you’ll find that all the rooms are very spacious. The bathroom is divided into two spaces: the toilet and a full bathroom. There is plenty of light throughout, and the fully-equipped kitchen, dining and living rooms share a comfortable open floor plan. During warmer weather, you can take advantage of a beautiful enclosed terrace (35m2) and garden.

Saint-Denis may be a suburb, but with Stade de France only a 13-minute walk from your apartment, it might feel like you’re downtown on game days. Otherwise, you can enjoy the off-season with peaceful strolls through the wooded Parc de la Légion d'Honneur, and visit the Basilica of Saint-Denis on the park grounds. The canal is also close by, and just a little farther away is the Seine, which you’ll most certainly want to visit if you’re a film buff. Cité du Cinéma is located near the banks and is only a 30-minute walk away.
