Proof of income
ID or Passport

Landlords in Paris need proof of identity and proof of income to make an informed decision about who will be living in their property. Your documents will be securely stored in our database and only be seen by the landlord, never other tenants.

Landlord policies

IMPORTANT: After your booking is confirmed, you will need to pay the admin fee on the company website. Once this is done, the room is definitely booked for you. Then you will be able to connect to a personal account where you will need to upload your ID (front and back) or your passport. You'll be asked to pay the deposit before being able to sign the contract.

This landlord requires a 24 hours notice (from the moment you receive your lease contract) in order to organize your check-in (e.g. if you book a room on March 1st, you can check-in on March 2nd, if all the steps are completed and the contract is signed_)_
