Firstly, please grab the following documents. You’ll need them in the next stage of your application, and you won’t be able to make a booking without them.
Landlords in Paris need proof of identity and proof of income to make an informed decision about who will be living in their property. Your documents will be securely stored in our database and only be seen by the landlord, never other tenants.
Landlord policies
Conditions to stay at this accommodation:
- Tenant must be open to apartment-sharing;
- Age: there is no official age limit, but these are young people's collocations and flatsharing, so profiles over 40++ are not really adapted.
- Children and pets are not allowed
- No couples
Required documentation to be considered for all:
- ID / Passport (if coming from outside European Union -> residence permit and passport from home country)
If you are a Student, please share:

- If your Booking Request is in Belgium, an International guarantor is valid.
If you are not a student:
- You must earn more than 2,5 time the rent
- 3 latest recent payslips or tax notice
- Internet, electricity, gas bill less than 3 months old
- Employment contract
- No need of Guarantor
-Only for Belgium Fees: 55€ and 35€ to pay to Expertym (for the check-in and check-out inventory), the inventory company and 35€ of cleaning fees that can be taken from your deposit at the end. In Belgium deposit needed for Coliving but only Garantie.be for flatshare.

24-hour response
Landlords have a maximum of 24 hours to accept or reject your booking request. If the landlord accepts, you will be charged the first payment and we will put you in contact with your new landlord. If he/she refuses or does not reply, our team will provide you with new alternatives.
Move in
Confirm with the landlord your move-in date and the key collection date. For security reasons, Erasmusu will not send your payment to the landlord until 48 hours after your arrival, so you will have time to contact us if there is any problem.
