The houses are situated in a gated residence with a large garden in a safe neighborhood. All rooms are fully furnished and bed sheets are supplied wifi is a priority in all rooms. Kitchen and showers are all communal. There are 6 showers and 6 toilets and 2 kitchens with a large tv room for study and socializing. Laundry machines are provided. Students can be found in the garden at night times playing table tennis or chess or just chatting. Cleaning lady comes each day Monday to Friday to clean all communal areas. Each resident is given their own cupboard space and fridge space. The neighbourhood has lots of green spaces and lakes. Shops, markets, cafes, everything in walking distance. Train station RER C is 4 mins walk and central Paris 20mins. Each semester we invite you to come and join our family of international students.

Move in
Confirm with the landlord your move-in date and the key collection date. For security reasons, Erasmusu will not send your payment to the landlord until 48 hours after your arrival, so you will have time to contact us if there is any problem.
