This great little duplex apartment is available to rent on Rue Pavée in the 4th arrondissement. The 28 m² apartment has an open-plan kitchen and living area downstairs with a large couch which converts to a double bed when guests visit. There is also a cabinet with storage space, a flat screen TV, and this is where you will find the washing machine.
