Welcome to my 50 m² apartment on the first floor of the 20th arr. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests with its two bedrooms, each featuring a queen-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
Ideally located just a 6-minute walk from the metro, it offers a peaceful stay in the heart of the capital.
This apartment is available exclusively under a mobility lease.

As you step into this charming 50 m² apartment, you'll be greeted by a bright, stylish space designed for comfort. The living room invites you to unwind, offering a cosy sofa and a large TV for relaxation. Just next to it, the dining area features a table perfect for two, ideal for intimate meals.
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for culinary creations, with an oven, microwave, espresso machine, kettle, and toaster. For added convenience, a washer is also available.
The first bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed (160x200), ensuring a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom features a trundle bed, perfect for children, and a desk for work or leisure activities. Both rooms are carefully prepared with high-quality hotel linens for your comfort.
The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, shower, toilet, and a separate toilet for extra convenience.
You'll have access to Wi-Fi during your stay, ensuring you stay connected. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed in the apartment. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay to provide a fresh experience.
This apartment is available exclusively with a mobility lease.

Other things to note Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.

Move in
Confirm with the landlord your move-in date and the key collection date. For security reasons, Erasmusu will not send your payment to the landlord until 48 hours after your arrival, so you will have time to contact us if there is any problem.
