Welcome to my charming 26m² apartment on the 3rd floor (no elevator) in the 10th Arrondissement of Paris. It comfortably sleeps 2 people and has a bright living room, a comfortable bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The nearby metro lines 4 and 5 will give you easy access to the city's historical sites.

This apartment is available on a Mobility/Civil lease ONLY (30 days min).

Situated on the 3rd floor without a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 26m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa and a dining table for two.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery for delicious meals, including an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and coffee machine. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

The bedroom in the mezzanine has a double bed (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. A fan is also available. We do not recommend this space for kids or people with reduced mobility.

The bathroom includes all necessary amenities, including a shower, towels, and complimentary toiletries. A hairdryer is also provided.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

You will have access to the Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Other things to note Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
