It is conveniently situated next to Gare de L'Est and Gare du Nord, with direct access to metro lines to travel around Paris and train lines that lead to most parts of Europe. The idyllic banks of Canal Saint Martin are less than 20 minutes away by foot, while the magnificent vista of Sacre-Coeur Basilica is less than 25 minutes away by foot.

The space Welcome to my apartment!

A 60sqm apartment next door to Gare de L'Est and Gare du Nord where guests can have direct access to travel around most parts of Paris and Europe. My home stands over a narrow sidestreet popular with pedestrians and motorists alike, with a French Bistro, a modern Japanese eatery and a nearby grocery store. The apartment experiences a lot of sounds from outside and the nearby train tracks, so it's unsuitable for those sensitive to such.

Inside is my fully furnished apartment with everything guests need for a comfortable stay. Contemporary style with plenty of bright lights from the windows dotted around my house. The main living area is fitted with comfortable seating for you to unwind and watch your favourite shows on the TV— a small but adequately equipped kitchen that can handle whipping up full meals and a small dining table for two. Do help yourself and make a warming cup of brew with the complimentary coffee machine provided.

There is one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed. High-quality linens complement both beds to ensure a comfortable night of sleep. Each room also has a clothes rack with hangers and a work desk.

The bathroom is well-ventilated with windows and has a walk-in shower as a glass partition. The washing machine can also be found here to help freshen up clothes throughout your stay. Towels, toiletries and a hairdryer are also provided at your disposal.

Rest assured, my apartment is professionally cleaned for your comfort.

NOTE: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor without elevator.

Other things to note Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
