Modern and tastefully furnished, the apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfy sofa, a TV and an electronic piano that the guests can use. There is a four-person dining table where you can eat with loved ones. The living room is also furnished with first-class pieces such as Moroso, Vitra, Knoll and Roche Bobois.
The kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil your culinary requirements. There is also a washing machine if you wish to do laundry.
There are three bedrooms: the first and the second with a double bed and the third with a single couch bed. All rooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens. A portable AC is available for your comfort.
The bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
