Ideally located just 10 minutes from the metro, it’s the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful stay in Paris.

Discover this stunning 65 m² apartment, nestled in a private and secure building in the heart of the 10th arrondissement. Ideally located, it is just a 10-minute walk from the Strasbourg-Saint-Denis and Jacques Bonsergent metro stations.
As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and elegant atmosphere. The living area features a very comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed, along with a television for your relaxation. The dining area includes a beautiful table that can accommodate up to four guests and opens onto a private 14 m² balcony, perfect for enjoying a sunny coffee or a leisurely brunch.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals with ease, including an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.
The elegant and cozy bedroom features a 140x200 cm double bed, carefully prepared with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The bathroom includes a sink with a mirror and a shower, while the toilet is separate for added comfort.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. A smoke detector is installed for your safety. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure impeccable hygiene.
Please note that the apartment is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
