Welcome to my 100m² duplex apartment on the 9th floor with an elevator at the 14th Arrondissement in Paris. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people with its 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and terrace.
Ideally located minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a charming stay in Paris!

Situated on the 9th floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 100m² duplex apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay!
This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table for six. There's also a private terrace with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment also has a washer with an integrated dryer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
Two bedrooms have king size beds (180x200) and the the third has a double sofa bed (160x200). All beds are made with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels, complimentary toiletries, a towel dryer, and a hair dryer. There are two separate WCs on the two floors.
You'll have access to Wi-Fi during your stay.
Two smoke detectors are installed for your safety.
The building has a shared garden where you can enjoy some fresh air!
A parking spot and a bike/stroller space are also at your disposal!
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Other things to note Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
