This apartment is located in the heart of the 3rd arrondissement of Paris. The neighborhood is full of restaurants, famous stores, as well as many local businesses (bakery, fishmonger, restaurants, butcher, supermarkets, dry cleaner, pharmacy, ...) Our street is very quiet, however, at the end of the street, you will find the street of Brittany, animated from the morning until late in the night. The terraces of the restaurants and cafés are always very lively! The nearby Marché des Enfants Rouges offers high quality food products. The Rue de Bretagne offers a wide range of food shops. The Picasso Museum is 300 meters away. The museums of Modern Art (Beaubourg), of Art and History of Judaism, of Arts and Crafts are also a few hundred meters away. Between the Place des Vosges and the newly renovated Place de la République, you can stroll through this old Parisian neighborhood which has all the characteristics of a village: small streets, very little traffic, majestic stone mansions, a few public parks, numerous art galleries and design boutiques, and a vast choice of traditional or innovative restaurants.

Landlords in Paris need proof of identity and proof of income to make an informed decision about who will be living in their property. Your documents will be securely stored in our database and only be seen by the landlord, never other tenants.

Arrival during the WEEK
- Check-in: between 3pm and 6pm
- An agent will contact you to plan your arrival and discuss key collection arrangements. Early check-in: between 10am and 3pm, subject to availability.
- Late check-in: between 7pm and 11pm, you'll need to collect the keys from our office.
WEEKEND arrival Saturday or Sunday: between 3pm and 11pm
Keys will be collected from our office near the Arc de Triomphe. We'll make sure your arrival goes smoothly, and we'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Last minute booking : For all bookings made up to 48 hours before your arrival, we reserve the right to hand over the key at our office one near to L’ Arc de Triomphe.
IMPORTANT:
Cleaning fee between 100 € and 250 € , depending on the surface of the studio/ apartment. You pay it only once for all your stay.

Landlords have a maximum of 24 hours to accept or reject your booking request. If the landlord accepts, you will be charged the first payment and we will put you in contact with your new landlord. If he/she refuses or does not reply, our team will provide you with new alternatives.
The safety of our tenants and owners is our priority.
Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

Confirm with the landlord your move-in date and the key collection date. For security reasons, Erasmusu will not send your payment to the landlord until 48 hours after your arrival, so you will have time to contact us if there is any problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
