Neighborhood
It is located in one of the greenest and leading districts of Paris, a stone's throw from the Bois de Boulogne and the Ranelagh garden, while being close to the most sought-after monuments (Eiffel Tower at 10 min walk), Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees. You will also be 5 min from the shops and 10 min from the very chic Passy district where you can find all the luxury boutiques.
You can explore the stores of the rue de Passy or go for a walk to the open air market located a few steps away. Live like a local with croissants every morning in the local bakeries. You will be within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and the Champs de Mars, as well as the picturesque Ile des Cygnes on the Seine. The Ranelagh metro station, located just a few steps away, will take you directly to the Galeries Lafayette and Printemps department stores. Or use the metro to Saint-Germain-des-Prés and Montmartre. The nearby RER C train line directly serves the Musée d'Orsay, Notre Dame and even the Palace of Versailles.

The geographical location of the apartment will allow you to move very easily in the capital via the many possibilities of public transport:

Arrival during the WEEK
- Check-in: between 3pm and 6pm
- An agent will contact you to plan your arrival and discuss key collection arrangements. Early check-in: between 10am and 3pm, subject to availability.
- Late check-in: between 7pm and 11pm, you'll need to collect the keys from our office.
WEEKEND arrival Saturday or Sunday: between 3pm and 11pm
Keys will be collected from our office near the Arc de Triomphe. We'll make sure your arrival goes smoothly, and we'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Last minute booking : For all bookings made up to 48 hours before your arrival, we reserve the right to hand over the key at our office one near to L’ Arc de Triomphe.
IMPORTANT:
Cleaning fee between 100 € and 250 € , depending on the surface of the studio/ apartment. You pay it only once for all your stay.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

Move in
Confirm with the landlord your move-in date and the key collection date. For security reasons, Erasmusu will not send your payment to the landlord until 48 hours after your arrival, so you will have time to contact us if there is any problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
