This apartment features an open floor plan. The living room includes a comfortable sofa and a dining table for four.
The room attached to the living room can be completely isolated for more intimacy by just pulling the shutters down
The kitchen has essential cookware and utensils to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with ironing facilities for your convenience.
The first bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and the second bedroom has a double bed. Both beds are made with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Other things to note Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

A security deposit will be required for your stay. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
